1. How long will my fully custom design take to complete? 

Please allow 5-7 business days for your custom design to be completed. Most designs will take less time. If you need a more specific turn around time please email us with details about your order.

2. How long will it take to personalize a predesigned item? 

If you've ordered a predesigned product and just need it personalized with your name, info, or photos please allow 2 business days. 

3. Where should I print the .jpg files I've ordered? 

Although any print lab can process your order it's best to use a lab that specializes in printing services. We recommend Mpix or Staples.

4. Can I order a predesigned item but request changes? 

Yes. Fully custom designs are $10 but slight changes to existing designs are free of charge. Please contact us via email to see if the changes you would like will require an extra charge. 

5. How do I place an order for a custom design? 

Choose the item you would like and complete the checkout process. You will receive an order comfirmation via email. If your design requires photos simply reply to that email with the files attached.
